After School Fun Club
DPW licensed afterschool childcare for your child provided at the YMCA. Children are transported to and from school. YMCA provides all day care on most holidays and snow days. Listen to local radio for closings or cancellations

The YMCA offers child care for school age children in 1st - 5th grade for the school year; August 27th - June 6 , 2008.
Orientation August 15th, 6:30-7:30pm
ASFC Sites: YMCA and Hamilton Heights
(Pilot AFSC site for Hamilton Heights Elementary 1st through 5th students only)

Meets: Mon. thru Fri. 3:00 - 6:00pm
After School Fun Club at Hamilton Heights (Please call for fees at satellite locations)
Meets: Mon. thru Fri. 2:40-6:00pm

A non-refundable $15 registration fee must be paid in full for each child at the time of registration. You will be billed for the days selected for your child(ren)’s attendance at the time of registration. No exceptions. A two week notice is necessary to change or stop your child’s enrollment in any school age child care program at the YMCA or Hamilton Heights Elementary.

One and Two Hour Delays
Before School Fun Club will operate on one and two hour snow delays. Program will begin at 6:30 am and conclude with bus run at the appropriate start time. Limited to Coldbrook, Falling Spring, Sharpe and Andrew Buchanan elementary schools.
Delay Cost: One Hour / Two Hour
Member: $5.25 / daily $7.25 / daily
Non-member: $6.25 / daily $8.25 / daily
Snow Day Fun Club (Ages 6-15)
Meets: Any day CASD is closed due to inclement weather.
Time: Opening of YMCA or 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Cost: Member $20.00 Non-member $27.00

Holiday Fun Club (Ages 6-15)
Meets: Oct 9; Nov 10, 24, 27, 28; Dec 26, 27, 28, 29; Jan 1, 2, 15; Feb 16, 19 April 4, 5, 6, 9
Time: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Cost: Member: $20.00 Non-member: $27.00
Pre-registration and payment are required to assure proper staff and scheduling !
*YMCA is closed Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Memorial Day
Early Dismissals
Any time the CASD has a scheduled early dismissal, or weather related early dismissal, the YMCA will transport your child to the YMCA based on the schools dismissal schedule with no extra charge.
