Before and After School Fun Club
The Chambersburg YMCA provides Before and After School Fun Club for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade at several satellite locations in addition to the YMCA. All locations provide quality supervision and homework assistance, recreation, socialization, and a snack.
The YMCA location hosts students from Andrew Buchanan, Falling Springs and Stevens. Transportation is provided by the Y.
Speak to our Senior Youth Director about the special arrangements needed if your child attends Shalom Christian Academy, Montessori or Cumberland Valley Christian School.

Holiday & Snow Day Fun Club
These programs are offered for students enrolled in Kindergarten up to 13 years of age when the Chambersburg Area School District is closed. The program, held at the YMCA location only, begins at 6:30 am for holiday care and concludes at 5:30 pm. Snow day care begins at 7:00 am and concludes at 5:30 pm. Participants will spend the day involved in arts & crafts, gym time gaming, swimming and field trips.

Summer Fun Club
Know your children are safe and having fun during the summer! The YMCA's Summer Fun Club is the answer to filling your child's summer daytime hours with quality supervised activities. This program is open to youth who completed kindergarten to age 13. The flexible hours of operation from 6:30 am - 5:30 pm are ideal for today's working parents.
Each week of camp will offer arts & crafts, sports & games, character counts & value lessons, aquatic lessons with recreational swim and exciting field trips. Enroll your child in the YMCA’s Summer Fun Club family and they'll have a Summer of Fun!

Biddy Camps - Preschool Age Half Day Camps
Throughout the summer, children ages 3-5 will have the opportunity to experience weekly themed half-day Y camps. Camp hours are 9:30 am to 11:30 am, Monday through Thursday. The Y offers a variety of themes including sports camps and educational camps. Each week the campers will be challenged to use their imagination, make new friends, and work together through a variety of fun and exciting age-appropriate activities. The Chambersburg YMCA seeks to further the developmental growth of each individual that participates in our programs.

Specialty Camps
Campers ages 3-5 will be provided the opportunity to experience Y day camping from 9 am to 12 noon weekly each summer. Campers will participate in a variety of fun and exciting age-appropriate activities. Camp week themes include art, make-believe, and movement themes. Each camp will also include character counts and team-building exercises, as well as recreation and pool time. Children should bring a snack and a drink to camp each day. - Sports Camps
Campers ages 4 -7 will be able to enroll in one of several half-day sport skills instruction camps offered at the YMCA. The sports instruction offered includes soccer, basketball, all sports and games. Fundamental skills will be taught along with the sportsmanship and cooperative team play. Each child should bring a snack and a drink to camp each day and be dressed in appropriate attire (no sandals, please).
Sports Camps-
The YMCA offers half-day sports camps, for individuals that are interested in Volleyball and/or Basketball. During the course of the camp, the coaches will focus on the individual development of each player with an emphasis on simplifying and teaching the specific court skills and movement associated with the game. The fundamentals and rules of the chosen sport will be introduced and taught through drills and competitive team play as well as sportsmanship. Camps are offered to students in first grade through eleven grade.
