The PreventT2 lifestyle change program can help you lose weight, become more physically active, and reduce stress. This program is part of the National Diabetes Prevention program, led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It features an approach that is proven to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.

The LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program helps cancer survivors begin the journey toward recovery. Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) is a first-of-its-kind, Indianapolis based nonprofit gym founded in 2006 to provide an effective form of physical exercise to people who are living with Parkinson’s. Though it may seem surprising, this non-contact boxing-inspired fitness routine is dramatically improving the ability of people with Parkinson’s to live independent lives.
